General “Questions-and-Answers” Consulting
Perhaps you do not need some sort of structured training or other packaged consulting service. You just need to have your questions answered, on anything from high-level topics (“is this plan sane?”) to lower-level implementation issues (“are there any obvious security or performance implications with this approach?”).
Available areas include:
-
Android architectural and engineering topics, on just about anything covered in The Busy Coder’s Guide to Android Development, the other CommonsWare books, and, to an extent, even beyond that
-
Concerns regarding security, performance, or other specific cross-cutting subjects
-
Developer engagement, if you are trying to convince Android app developers to support your SDK, app, service, etc.
CommonsWare can help with this, leveraging Mark Murphy’s deep background in Android and propensity to answer questions. This sort of consulting is very flexible and can be done by conference call, Web conference, on-site at your location, or even email. Off-site work can be billed on an hourly basis or paid for via a monthly retainer.
Interested? Contact Mark Murphy to discuss your areas of concerns and to work out a possible support plan.
