Android Programming Tutorials Version 3.4 Released

Subscribers now have access to the latest release of Android Programming Tutorials, known as Version 3.4.

This update adds three brand-new tutorials:

  • One demonstrates the use of a ListView in an app widget, with backwards compatibility to pre-Honeycomb releases

  • One demonstrates doing minor work with the action bar and converting activities into fragments, again with backwards compatibility to pre-Honeycomb releases

  • One demonstrates putting more than one fragment in an activity, dynamically adding it and having it be part of the “back stack”, once again with backwards compatibility to pre-Honeycomb releases
