I've got a custom box I've been working on that is running Android 4.4.4 and it isn't playing nice with remote debugging. Any tips or resources I should look into?

it's not a normal box... more like an Android TV type kiosk device

I'm just trying to get a handle on how you are defining "remote debugging"

and Android is running on top of a low level Linux distro

by remote I would 'love' to deploy from Android Studio directly to the device

or remotely attach to a debug version of an APK running

I assume that this box does not have a micro-USB or USB-C connector for debugging?

it actually has 4 USB connectors

the one I see in the screenshot is a USB Type A port, though, for a thumb drive or something
