I would hunt for a RecyclerView layout manager that supported your desired structure
StaggeredGridLayoutManager *might* handle that

I'm in the process of polishing my Android development skills. For practice I'm building my Instagram clone here https://github.com/alexbezhan/Instagram-Clone-Kotlin
But now I want to get my hands dirty in the real world. Ideally make a lot of small apps for cheap, but for real production(Google Play). Maybe you could suggest how would I go about finding those jobs ? I don't have a portfolio yet to win freelance jobs. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
