thanks Mark, hello to you. Yes it would be great. I have a trivial question but better not take risk beacause I do not want to go in production with a database issue. Basically when I update the DB in onUpgrade()( example i add another column) do i need also to amend the onCreate previous table?

usually, you want the database schema that comes out of onCreate() to match the database schema that comes out of onUpgrade()

because the rest of your app's code is expecting one schema
